Risk Disclosure
This page is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Crypto can lose value quickly. Read this page before you top up a card, stake or exchange, and only use money you can afford to lose.
Price risk
The prices of crypto assets can rise or fall sharply within minutes. The value of what you hold, stake or exchange can drop, including stablecoins, which can lose their peg.
Staking risk
Staking rewards are variable and can fall to zero. Staked assets can be locked for the term you choose, and the protocols and validators involved can fail, be attacked or be penalised, which can reduce your stake.
Exchange risk
The website shows an estimate; the final rate is the one the desk confirms in the chat. Networks can be congested, and a transaction sent to the wrong address or network usually cannot be reversed.
Technology risk
Wallets, smart contracts, networks and our own systems can have errors or outages. Phishing sites and fake support accounts may pretend to be Trust; we will never ask for your recovery phrase.
Regulatory risk
Laws on crypto change and differ between countries. A change in the law can limit or end a service where you live.
No advice
Nothing on this website is investment, tax or legal advice. Decide for yourself, and ask a professional if you are unsure.
