Refund Policy

Here is what can be refunded, what cannot, and how to ask.
Card issue fee
The card issue fee is refunded in full if the card could not be issued. Once the card has been issued, the fee is not refundable.
Card payments
To get money back for a purchase, ask the merchant first. If the merchant does not help, contact support and we will open a dispute with Visa where the card rules allow it.
Top-ups and deposits
A top-up is converted at the moment it is credited and cannot be reversed. You can withdraw the card balance as described in the dashboard.
Staking
Staking is not refunded. A flexible stake can be withdrawn at any time; a fixed term stake can be withdrawn when its term ends.
Exchanges
An exchange completed at the rate agreed in the chat is final. If the desk cannot complete your order, it returns your coins to the address they came from, less network fees.

Write to [email protected] or to support in Telegram with your wallet address, the date and the amount. We reply within 5 business days.
