AML and KYC Policy
This page is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Trust does not allow its services to be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud. This policy explains what we do to prevent it.
Customer checks
Depending on the service, the plan and the amounts involved, we and our banking partner may ask you to verify your identity, the source of your funds, or both. We may decline or pause a service until the checks are complete.
Screening
We screen wallet addresses and transactions against sanctions lists and known illicit activity. Deposits linked to sanctioned or illicit addresses may be frozen and reported as the law requires.
Monitoring
We monitor card payments, staking and exchanges for unusual activity, such as patterns that suggest fraud or layering, and we may ask you about a transaction.
Reporting
Where the law requires, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. We may not be allowed to tell you that a report was made.
Prohibited use
You may not use Trust for illegal goods or services, gambling where it is not allowed, sanctioned persons or countries, or on behalf of anyone else without our agreement.
